If you received an email from an address ending in @sndreply.com, it was sent by a business that uses our platform to manage their customer communications. The business name is displayed in the "From" field of the email.
All messages are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and authenticated with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC protocols.
Every message includes unsubscribe options. We enforce CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance for all senders on our platform.
Replies to messages are securely routed back to the originating business. Your response goes directly to the company that contacted you.

Yes. SndReply is a business communication platform used by legitimate businesses to send notifications, appointment reminders, and follow-ups to their customers. The business that sent you the email is identified in the "From" name field. If you do not recognize the sender, you can safely unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email.
Every email sent through SndReply includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to immediately opt out of future communications from that business. You can also reply with "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" and we will process your request within 24 hours.
Yes. When you reply to a message, your response is securely delivered to the business that originally contacted you. The business will see your reply and can respond accordingly.
SndReply does not sell, share, or distribute any personal information. We process email delivery on behalf of the businesses that use our platform. Your data is encrypted in transit, and we adhere to strict data handling policies in compliance with Canadian (PIPEDA, CASL), American (CAN-SPAM), and European (GDPR) regulations.

We take abuse seriously. If you believe a sender on our platform is misusing our service, please forward the email to abuse@sndreply.com and we will investigate within 24 hours. Senders found violating our terms of service are immediately suspended.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Sender's access to our platform immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that they have violated these terms. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating abuse of our platform.
As a Recipient of messages sent through our platform, you have the right to:
SndReply is a delivery infrastructure provider. We do not control or endorse the content of messages sent by businesses using our platform. The Sender is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their communications.
SndReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Sender in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
